1. Why did BridalMD start?

BridalMD was born from a passion for fashion and a love for unique bridal styles. Our founder, a medical doctor, wanted to bring the most fashion-forward, one-of-a-kind pieces to brides who want to make a bold statement on their big day. We aim to bridge the gap between high-end, designer pieces and the bride who knows that her bridal look should be as extraordinary as her love story.

2. I see you only sell one of each item. Does that mean once it's gone, it's gone?

Yes, you read that right! Once a piece is gone, it’s gone for good. We specialize in extremely limited, one-of-a-kind pieces to ensure you have a truly unique look on your wedding day. So if you fall in love with something, grab it before it’s gone!

3. Will you restock your items?

Since our pieces are so unique, restocking is a bit of a challenge. We only offer what we handpick from exclusive designers around the world. So, while we can’t guarantee that the same items will come back, we do add new collections regularly. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when our newest, jaw-dropping designs drop!

4. What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your BridalMD piece, but we do not accept exchanges. However, we do accept returns in special cases, as outlined in our Refund Policy. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in excellent condition and comply with our policy guidelines. Please read our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Can I exchange or return my sale items?

We do not allow exchanges. So, make sure you’re completely in love with your choice before checking out! 😊
